Truly incredible early 1970s high waisted trousers by Hardy Amies of Saville Row. Deep emerald green velvet fabric throughout with a super high waisted fit & huge wide legs creating the most amazing movement when worn. Side zip closure with hook & eye to cinch. Size 6-8.
