Completely stunning 1970s velvet maxi dress by Country Clothes. Midnight navy in colour with a pretty embroidered trim defining the square neckline & cuffs of the short cape effect sleeves. High empire line for a wonderful silhouette & a super long flowing tiered skirt. Size 8-10.
